Taekwondo classes for every age

Little Dragons

Ages: 3-5                                                  

 

Our Little Dragons program is specifically designed to keep little ones' attention. This is a fun, fast class full of games designed to teach balance, improve coordination, and provide stranger defense. Classes are 30 minutes long.

 

Classes meet either once a week or twice a week.

Kinder Kicks

Ages: 5-7

 

Our Kinder Kicks Program is designed for 5-7 year olds to introduce the child to the concepts of Taekwondo through basic forms, movements and drills. Our exercises will teach basic Taekwondo skills.  Each student will enjoy his time and feel confident in class while learning martial arts.  Classes meet twice a week and are 40 minutes long.

 

Kid Kicks
Teen/Adults

Ages: 7-12

 

Our Kid Kicks Program is specialized for 7-12 year olds and designed to develop the child’s performance through forms, kicks and self-defense. Our exercises will enhance the student’s Taekwondo skills. Kid Kicks will provide a complete workout, both aerobic and anaerobic, and incorporates stretching, self-defense techniques, forms, sparring, breaking and testing for belt progression.  Students will enjoy their time and feel confident in class while learning martial arts. Each class is 40 minutes long, twice a week.

 

 

Ages: 12+

 

Experience is not required! Our Teen/Adult Program is specialized for teens through adults and designed to develop the student’s performance through forms, kicks and self-defense.  The teen/Adult class will provide a complete workout, both aerobic and anaerobic, and incorporates stretching, self-defense techniques, forms, sparring, breaking and testing for belt progression. Each class is 60 minutes long, twice a week.
